    Lovely rooms. Very clean. Nice owners. Great location.

    Arrived late last Saturday afternoon only to find that the room we had booked and always stay in was given to somebody else, they thought they had double booked however it appeared they hadn't. They put us in a poxy little room that you couldn't even swing a cat in with no apologies and might I add no discount. The mattress left a lot to be desired, I spent most of the night on the floor. The room (13) is clean, is there any room in it, no there isn't were the owners concerned that they stuffed up - no they weren't. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone again.

    Good place to go for Supanova as its not too long a walk from the convention centre. Pac Fair is across the road so there's no need to drive.
