  This business goes above and beyond service and work expectations. Polite, honest and efficient. I cannot recommend this business enough. I thought old school values and Service was forgotten but here it is normal.

  Poor understanding of the customer. I brought my bike in to have the spokes repaired in my back wheel. Received the bike back and noticed that there was still a spoke broken. Price for the repair was far too much and poor customer service

  Excellent service by Bike Central. Their prices are very competitive and they go to a lot of trouble to solve any problems you might have. I have been to their business both to buy bikes, get a service and to obtain accessories on many occasions and always have been pleased with their friendly and competent service. Highly recommended and a great addition to the cycling community on the Gold Coast.
